Soon It Will Be Cold Enough

簡單用一句話來概括，這是一個(gè)19歲的大男孩制作的超過其年齡的優(yōu)秀專輯。主人公Emancipator包辦了其中的鍵盤、吉他、采樣以及后期，而女聲和提琴則出自于另外兩位朋友的協(xié)助。
毫無疑問，這張專輯背后的看點(diǎn)很多，不過大多是用來給媒體八卦打興奮劑的；而音樂本身和它帶來的感覺，則是對(duì)我們這些聽眾來說更值得關(guān)心的東西。
關(guān)于其風(fēng)格，網(wǎng)上有些零星的介紹，基本上是不假思索地照搬某西方作者的敘述'jazz, electronica, trip-hop and down-tempo'的混合體。其實(shí)，通盤聽完，并沒發(fā)現(xiàn)所謂jazz，trip-hop和down-tempo的影子，倒是覺得'indie+new age+electronica'更為恰當(dāng)些。只是這個(gè)年輕的主人做得比前輩們巧妙很多，既不像indie的小愛小傷，也沒有new age的濃妝艷抹，更避免了電子樂的冰冷。
他對(duì)音樂的處理也不同于現(xiàn)在的流行風(fēng)格。年輕人中，鬧騰點(diǎn)的不允許心緒不能表達(dá)，盡量弄出些釋放能量的音樂；內(nèi)向型的則低頭看著自己腳丫子，掰著指頭妮妮喃喃說點(diǎn)小心思。用Emancipator自己的話來說，他的確很'老成'，懂得過猶不及的道理，時(shí)刻閃亮著機(jī)靈勁卻又保持含蓄沉穩(wěn)，不溫不火，像葛優(yōu)一樣總是讓人意猶未盡。
盡管音符和節(jié)拍在耳邊跳動(dòng)，但其創(chuàng)造的氛圍確是幽靜而浪漫的。就像身處大山深處的某個(gè)湖畔，安詳?shù)脹]有狂風(fēng)暴雨，也不會(huì)烈日炎炎，只是微風(fēng)中偶爾濺起幾點(diǎn)水花，飛過一群小鳥，走來一對(duì)麋鹿，不時(shí)地眼前一亮，很快又歸于平靜。
