<BR>Charice Pempengco，生于 1992 年 5 月 10 日，是一位因 Youtube 而成名，迅速走向國(guó)際的女歌手。 <BR>2005 年，她參加過菲律賓最大電視臺(tái) ABS-CBN 的 Little Big Star 比賽（類似“全美偶像大賽”的節(jié)目），雖然在最后一回得到最高分，但只得到比賽第三名。后來，雖然也在菲律賓廣告亮相，但慢慢沉靜下來。 <BR>2007 年，她應(yīng)邀到韓國(guó)表演比賽節(jié)目“Star King”，表演一鳴驚人，當(dāng)晚演出迅速經(jīng) Youtube 傳播，點(diǎn)擊數(shù)逾百萬人次。美國(guó)音樂人 艾倫狄珍妮 (Ellen DeGeneres) 在 Youtube 上看到莎蕊絲的表演，邀莎蕊絲到她主持的 The Ellen DeGeneres Show 表演，她也慢慢得到美國(guó)方面音樂人的注意。 <BR>在美國(guó)作了幾次表演后，2008 年她獲得 大衛(wèi)科士打 (David Foster) 賞識(shí)。David Foster 先后為 比吉斯、米高積遜、麥當(dāng)娜、惠特尼·休斯敦、席琳·狄翁、瑪麗亞·凱莉、肯尼·基 等當(dāng)制作人，可說是美國(guó)樂壇其中一位教父。他認(rèn)同莎蕊絲的才華，迅速與她簽約，并把她看成明日之星。<!--welcome-->
