《弱點(diǎn)》根據(jù)邁克爾·劉易斯（Michael Lewis）的原著《弱點(diǎn)：比賽進(jìn)程》（The Blind Side: Evolution of the Game）改編而來(lái)，影片講述了今年美國(guó)國(guó)家橄欖球聯(lián)盟（National Football League)首批被選球員邁克爾·奧赫的不凡經(jīng)歷。黑人奧赫（昆東•亞倫 Quinton Aaron 飾）自幼父母離異，無(wú)家可歸。不過(guò)，木訥的他卻因?yàn)闃O強(qiáng)的身體條件和運(yùn)動(dòng)天賦，幸運(yùn)地進(jìn)入了一家孤兒院。雖然，他科科零分，但是一些細(xì)節(jié)卻讓他顯得與眾不同。一次排球比賽后，他主動(dòng)收拾垃圾的行為，引起了陶西一家的注意。于是，陶西太太（桑德拉•布洛克 Sandra Bullock 飾）決定收養(yǎng)奧赫，并把他培養(yǎng)成橄欖球選手。陶西太太讓他感受到了家庭的溫暖。同時(shí)，陶西的兒子還幫助奧赫訓(xùn)練，使他很快地融入了橄欖球隊(duì)的生活，不斷激發(fā)運(yùn)動(dòng)的潛能。終于，在一次比賽中，他因出色的表現(xiàn)嶄露頭角，開始獲得了球探的關(guān)注，隨之帶來(lái)了一系列的甜蜜和麻煩……
本片女主角Sandra Bullock (桑德拉·布洛克)榮獲第82屆奧斯卡最佳女主角獎(jiǎng)?！　?
